Dr. Fine’s collaborative approach and her perceptive analysis of all facets of the foundation’s civic education initiative enabled us to fully gauge its strengths and weaknesses and to decide wisely about its further development. She brought an incisive, but fully sympathetic, approach to her work with us and with those she interviewed on behalf of the project. We have the highest regard for Dr. Fine’s professional experience and abilities, the breadth and depth of her knowledge, her access to expert colleagues, and above all her commitment to meeting a client’s needs.
